My business recently purchased a new Heating & Air Conditioning method for the entire office building; We were having some complications with our previous Heating & Air Conditioning system, however most of the time, the air conditioning unit did not work the right way while in the office.
A lot of our customers complained & left due to the uncomfortable temperature in our building, and the building is particularly old & the people I was with and I knew that the A/C would need to be replaced sooner than later, however in the middle of the warm months, the air conditioning system stopped turning on. The office became boiling quickly & I knew the people I was with and I had to act fast. As the office supervisor, I took it into my own hands to contact a local Heating & Air Conditioning company to come out & rectify this as quickly as possible. When the Heating & Air Conditioning professional arrived, he explained that the concern was beyond repair and he advocated that the people I was with and I have the entire method replaced. I was not looking forward to this phone call with my boss… She does not job in the same building as I do, however he is aware of the problems the people I was with and I have with the Heating & Air Conditioning method in this building, and for all the men and women, it would be familiar sense to send the staff new home until the concern was fixed, however he insisted that all the people stay in the office & wait for the air conditioning system to be repaired. I knew this would take a long time to repair & it was getting hotter & hotter as each day passed. She did not seem to care that the people I was with and I would be resting in the heat & now working with angry customers. The Heating & Air Conditioning company did the replacement quickly.
